Chef Imoteda is a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef who has long shared her passion for cooking with family and friends before deciding to share it with the world. She’s the Head Chef at “Heels in the Kitchen” a food service company based in Lagos, Nigeria, dedicated to creating unforgettable culinary experiences with a focus on quality ingredients accessible locally.
She conceptualized and created Heels in the Kitchen while exercising her vast creative abilities in the make-up and entertainment industries. She brings valuable experience to the culinary arts from having worked behind the scenes of television and movie production. She is also the creator of The Nigerian Fusion Food Tour. She believes that Nigerian food is sexy and deserves a place on the world food table.
