Born in Gabon and trained in France, Serge is a master of French Cuisine and began his journey in Meaux, France at the Ecole hôtelière du Gue A Tresmes. He worked for more than a decade in France, at celebrated restaurants such as Le Napoléon III, Les Grandes Marches with Christian Constant (1 Michelin star), Le Grand Bofinger, and La Suite with celebrity Chef Cyril Lignac.
Chef Serge’s desire to move into his next journey in the culinary arts and entrepreneurship pushed him to to create Pure Kitchen Culinary Concept. Based in Washington, D.C., Pure Kitchen Culinary Concept uses farm fresh ingredients, paired with classic and nouveau culinary techniques.
