What types of cuisine will be taught?
African and African inspired cuisine.
Where would classes be held?
Classes would be held at various locations all over NYC – from private homes, to commercial kitchens and lofts.
How much are the classes?
Classes would range from $80 to $150 depending on event.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes we can. We would our best effort to accommodate your dietary needs. However some of the classes would be better suited to certain dietary needs – for instance if you are vegetarian there will be certain classes that would work best for you.
Can I Come Alone? Or Does Everyone Come As Part Of A Couple?
Some people come alone, others with friends, boyfriends or girlfriends, family, or spouses. There is always a great mix of people.
Who are the instructors?
Very talented chefs that teach African/African inspired cuisine.
Do you teach at People's homes?
No we do not.
Do you provide printed recipes?
Yes we do.
Do you serve wine with the meal?
Yes, our Wine Director pairs wine with each of our menus.
Do I Have To Buy / Bring An Apron?
You can bring your own apron, buy one of our African Restaurant Week aprons, or you can just dress casual and not use any apron; the choice is yours.
